We're thrilled to announce that the Mad March Hare has secured a new home for the 2019 event at Longbridge Technology Park on Longbridge Lane. The venue has all the ingredients for a great event - plenty of space, good access by bike and car, loads of car parking and access to some great cycling roads. We're really grateful to the site owners, St Modwen, for its help and support in moving so quickly and particularly thankful to Jonathan Green, Director of Asset Managment for St Modwens, Boldmere Bullet and MMH18 rider.
Being west of the city also means that new route options are possible which is really exciting - we've already been out riding and exploring some options, and we'll be announcing a provisional route shortly as well as a few other things that we've been working on.
Key things you need to know:
- Date: Sunday 24th March 2019
- HQ Location: Longbridge, Birmingham
- Route: TBC circa 70 miles
- Entry opening: Wednesday 21st November - 6 am
Entries for the Mad March Hare will be going on sale at 6 am on Wednesday 21st November and will be limited to 1250 entries with 500 Early Bird entries available for only £28.
