NEW START/FINISH VENUE FOR 2023

We are very happy to have found a new home for the Mad March Hare in 2023! We understand the issues experienced at the previous years' venues and that the area wasn't representative of the Madhare brand. Too much local traffic, a shared car park with shoppers, and too many surrounding urban roads on the route as well as a venue that didn't allow the space for the Madhare brand to breathe.

Transport Museum Wythall....

Right on the boundary of where Birmingham meets Worcestershire is Transport Museum Wythall, a local attraction and charity that brings the history of transport to life for families and enthusiasts to enjoy. Perfectly positioned to immediately ride on the country lanes and local hills of the area without a shopping centre in sight! The venue has plenty of space for us to add our Madhare flair; as well as all the seating and toilets we could wish for! The museum will be closed to the public during the event (so we have the place to ourselves) but that doesn't mean there won't be some classic buses and vehicles on show and even a miniature railway!

For more info on the museum and how to get there visit:
